With a launch expected sometime in the first half of the year, we would expect to hear more about the model, but so far HP has been fairly quiet about the webOS flagship model. it’s HP Pre3. Its thin exterior and gorgeous touchscreen conceal an email engine, slide-out keyboard, and robust battery that mean business. it has 8GB and 16GB storage options.
The QWERTY slider with the all-too-familiar form factor has a 3.6-inch 800 x 480 display (a marked improvement over past Pres), 5 megapixel camera with AF and LED flash, 720p HD video, a front-facing camera for video calling, mobile hotspot, and webOS 2.2. And while we’re sure that HP would like to bang the drum for the Pre 3, it will take much more than a picture like this to interrupt the constant attention that the Apple iPhone and Android handsets have been receiving. Pre 3 will get the amount of headlines that the webOS community would like to see it receive. This one’s gonna keep you waiting, though availability is this summer.
