After Optimus Net and Optimus Pro C660, LG just announced a new device which runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread, this new handset called LG Optimus Sol E730. This Sol E730 have thickness 9.8 mm and an Ultra AMOLED 3.8 inch WVGA screen which allows it to display high quality images “even in bright and sunny conditions.”
The Optimus Sol features a 1GHz single-core processor, Wi-Fi, DLNA, HSDPA, GPS, 5MP autofocus camera, and “an enhanced idle-based power management system that boosts battery life by 20 to 30 percent LG didn’t unveil the exact price of the Optimus Sol E730, but it did say it would “stand out from its competitors as the most affordable 1 GHz Android smartphone with an AMOLED display.”
This affordable phone will be available starting mid-September in Europe and in other markets like America Latin after that.
