Nokia 500 has officially announced from we first heard about this phone on last June. This smartphone runs a new Symbian Anna and features a 3.2 inch touchscreen display with 640 x 360, penta-band HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi, GPS, Nokia Maps with free drive and walk navigation, 5MP camera with video recording, and 1GHz processor. The battery inside the Nokia 500 should be able to provide a talk-time of up to 5-7 hours, or a stand-by time of up to 450 hours.
This affordable phone will cost only €150 ($215) before taxes and subsidies. The new handset will be available in black (later this quarter), and white (in Quarter 4).
