If you were planning on purchasing two Verizon Palm Pixi Pluses (or, if you are feelin’ batty, one Palm Pre Plus and one Palm Pixi Plus), get energised. It appears like you will be walkin’ out of the Verizon store with a little more cash than you expected.
Several days ago, Palm mailed us a note to affirm the pricing of the Pixi Plus and Pre Plus – which, as we looked, will set you back $100 and $150 severally. Puckered inside that same electronic mail, however, was one little detail we commanded.
Boots out, Verizon’s keeping on their in progress trend of buy-one-get-one deals. Anybody who purchases a Palm Pre Plus or a Palm Pixi Plus between January 25th and February 14th will runaway with an extra Palm Pixi Plus in towage. You are not getting something for zero, naturally: it is a mail-in rebate deal, so you will have to front the change up 1st. But hey – that’s $99 bucks back in your pouch eventually, right?
