Samsung Behold II available at Cincinnati Bell now. This phone is an old phone compared to what we have in market right now, it’s better than nothing. The other device like Blaze is far better improvement to this small carrier. Cincinnati Bell offering this Android device at price $129.99 after rebate and with two years contract.
