Samsung Wave S8500 Goes to Canada

Samsung Wave S8500, the Bada OS handset, now is available for the Canadian. The Samsung Wave will carried by both Bell and Rogers. Nothing personal, but the Bell customer should be happy because they will get much cheaper price for Samsung Wave.

Bell price for the Wave are $29.95 with 3 years agreement or $299.95 without one. Compared to Rogers offer with $474.99 without contract or $99.99 on a 3 years contract, it’s almost half the price.

Samsung S8500 Wave is the first Samsung phone that using the Bada OS. Other specs are a 3.3 inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen, 5MP autofocus camera, a 1GHz processor, Wi-Fi, GPS and HD video recording.
