Samsung’s Bada OS Launched with Samsung S8500 Wave

Samsung’s Bada OS has just launched together with Samsung S8500 Wave. On the same event, four additional cellphones which unseen before were shown with their relative prices hint. All four of them will likely using Bada OS.

At the event in St. Petersburg, Samsung show the slides about the Samsung S8500 Wave and other 4 Bada phones in terms of price and features. Samsung Wave is in the top price while the others following below. Two new devices are using touch screen, while the other two will have QWERTY keyboards and touchscreen. The price of those four will be around 20,000 rubles (685 US dollars, 510 euro) and 10,000 rubles (about 340 US dollars, 255 euro).

The slide also shown that Samsung predicted that they will overtake Nokia market share this year. Let’s see if that’s not just a bluff.
