HTC EVO 4G Launched on Sprint!

HTC EVO 4G has just officially announced by Sprint. This device is previously called the HTC Supersonic. Seeing the specs, this new HTC device is indeed worth called a supersonic phone.

HTC EVO 4G powered with a QSD8650 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of storage, and using the 480 x 800 4.3-inch TFT LCD. The other HTC EVO 4G specs is a common superphone features. HTC EVO 4G also has HDMI-out, 802.11b/g, 8GB microSD card, Sprint’s hotspot app and tools that support Sprint’s 4G network. The voice is handled by CDMA while the data is handled by the combination of WiMAX and EV-DO.

The HTC EVO 4G release date is this summer and the HTC Evo 4G price is expected to be on reasonable price. This phone is a candidate phone of the year, so save your money for this!

HTC Supersonic makes gadgeter droll when heard words “Android” and “WiMax” in the same sentence. When HTC still keep their secret about their product, someone get HTC Supersonic on his hand, took some video, and publish them. However, this 4.3 inch display HTC Supersonic still remain mysterious.

While it comes to leaks out in the gadget cosmos, while it rains, it streams. In just shy of twenty days, the HTC Supersonic — a conclusive beast of a cell phone went from lacking to deeply detailed and fully snapped.

Whether you have missed a screenshot or two or just had no thought the Supersonic survived, do not sweat it – we have got your back.

The world got its 1st breath of of the Supersonic on January 8th, when a naming for the HTC A9292 WIMAX BAR showed up in Sprint’s inventory. The listing confirmed the bar form factor and that it would run on Sprint’s WiMax electronic network, but that was all we knew.

The points they shared:

Appears similar to the HD2, but in white
No date exposed
4.3? display. It is nice and big, but the bad news: It is not AMOLED.
Equal to the HTC Imagio, it has a kickstand on the back
It runs Android 2.1, made all the better with HTC’s Sense interface overhaul.

WiMax? 4.3? display ? Android 2.1 on an HTC device? We will take 3, as long as it appears benevolent – but as no shots had leaked yet, appears were still in question.

Last but not least, a clear-as-day render showed up over at Andro phones. No one looks know if it’s HTC-made or just the work of a committed and rather talented individual, but it sure appears legit to us.

HTC Supersonic for Sprint Spotted!

We have realized our fair portion of unremitting wetting photographs in our day — Mr. Blurrycam is an extraordinarily busy, well-traveled person, after all — but this could very well accept the cake. What we assure here is allegedly the beginning live shot of HTC’s killer Supersonic for Sprint, a cell phone that we have learned would feature HD2-like specifications in an HD2-like shell: 4.3-inch display, quick central processor, and an incredibly thin body, to be particular.

Where the Supersonic allegedly goes off the baffled path, though, is with the comprehension of Android 2.1 with Sense and WiMAX, complete for Sprint’s budding 4G network. The site that’s leaked out the photograph also says we can anticipate an FM radio and a 1GHz clock on that Snapdragon plus a kickstand, something we had heard before. It is still not much to go on, but the information that we are this close to falling in love with a cell phone that we can hardly make out through with compact radiating, censoring, and a dirty camera lens really says something, does not it? Stay tuned — we are hopeful the leaks are going to begin flowing quick and furious on this one.
